Time Of My Life (BBC One Sitcom, Mark Kingsgton, Amanda Barrie)

In sitcom Time Of My Life Ken Archer (Mark Archer) goes through a mid life crisis when he is made redundant and on the same day his wife Joan (Amanda Barrie) leaves him for a younger man. His life then goes from bad to worse – he ends up being mugged, arrested and at one stage committed to a mential institution.

A first series from Jim Eldridge, funnily enough although this series dealt with some very real issues of depression and divorce, he then specialised in comedies for a kids audience.
