What can we expect from this episode

Frankie (Kerry Fox) gets into trouble when Stella (Marta Dusseldorp) and Jeremiah (Toby Leonard Moore) sabotage her ‘Bay of Fires’ operation and leave her unable to pay her ‘business partner’ or the increasingly impatient townspeople. Angry and helpless, she begins a violent investigation to discover the perpetrator.

Jeremiah devises a plan to shield Stella from Frankie’s wrath by making the situation about him.

Jodie (Emily Taheny) tries to shield Jeremiah from harm by persuading him to leave Mystery Bay with her permanently. Jeremiah leaves a bewildered Stella and goes to see police officer Jason (Andre de Vanny), giving him detailed instructions for their escape.

The citizens of Mystery Bay band together to shield Stella from the assassins who have been sent there.

When Magda (Pamela Rabe) and Heather (Roz Hammond) break into the ProsperAus account, they uncover a crime so massive that Stella is at a loss as to what to do next.

While Thaddeus (Matt Nable) and The Community hold Otis (Imi Mbedla) captive, Elysha (Mackenzie Grant) takes a chance to free him.

Set in the wilds of Tasmania, Marta will play lead character Stella Heikkinen whose fall from grace is as spectacular as it is life threatening.

Betrayed by her own company and in immediate danger – single mother of two Stella has no option but to move her young family to the last place on earth anyone would expect. This town isn’t the kind of place they put on postcards, this is a tiny community rife with simmering feuds, crime and sometimes, murder.
