Flamin’ Hot Four cooks find out the hard way that each set of chili peppers they receive will be progressively hotter on the Scoville scale. The cooks in the appetizer round battle over the fryer and try to find the sweet spot between heat and other ingredients. Finally, the entrée basket will have both hot and cold ingredients, and the final two chefs will need to use their culinary expertise to sneak one of the world’s spiciest peppers into their sweets.
