What is this episode about

The garden at Indie and Nathan’s house in Gloucester, Massachusetts, hasn’t been touched since the 1970s, when the house was constructed. It’s grey and depressing, with endless stretches of gravel and concrete. A stunning magnolia tree is the only bright spot in an otherwise drab garden. They have put in a lot of effort to improve the house since moving in, and they would like the garden to feel like an extension of the interior during the warmer months.

They’d like it to have the same modern, angular aesthetic as the rest of their sleek, Scandinavian-style home. While neither of them has a green thumb, they would like to try their hands at vegetable gardening in their new low-maintenance garden. What will Chris and Charlie do with their £5,000?
