In order to succeed in this week’s challenge, the entrepreneurs will need to demonstrate superior abilities in time management, marketing, and quality assurance. Gordon challenges two groups to come up with an appetizing menu for a delivery-only restaurant that will cater to the needs of hungry Downtown Los Angeles office workers.

Each team must use a minimal “ghost kitchen” to produce high-quality, easily-delivered food. Teams need to take appetizing photographs of the food to advertise it to local staff, as customers will be placing orders through a food delivery app.

The winning team will be the one that receives the most positive comments from the panel of judges. The member of the losing team who received the fewest votes from the special guests will be kicked to the curb.
