Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars: Episode 6 (S1EP6 BBC One Thurs 5 May 2022)

Tonight, Gordon is honouring the very best of British cuisine, including exquisite produce and the pinnacle of fine dining.

First, he invites his entrepreneurs to hand-harvest oysters on the beautiful Essex coast. They must collect as many restaurant-quality delicacies as they can using centuries-old techniques. But it’s tough out on the mud flats, and the competitors must battle the elements to maintain quality control.

Next, Gordon sets arguably his most difficult challenge to date, putting the contenders in charge of the Savoy Grill, the crown jewel of his restaurant empire. Will the contenders live up to Gordon’s extraordinarily high standards with his reputation on the line and paying diners expecting immaculate food and service?
