What can we expect from this episode

Sophie and Charlotte Rodriguez, sisters living in Alicante, are assisting Elaine and Nick with the transition from their vacation apartment in Benidorm to a permanent residence in the sun.

A personal swimming pool, off-street parking, and a lemon tree to use in their gin and tonics are at the top of their wish list. Can the sisters make their dreams of a permanent home in the sun come true on a budget of no more than 300,000 Euros?

Steve and Shaun Garner, father and son, are in Almera looking for a vacation home for Steve, a carpenter, and his wife, Della, a nurse. The search is dependent on finding a home with a private pool and breathtaking views for under €180,000. Will Steve and Shaun be able to conduct a successful search and close a deal?

Later, Sharon, the mom, has the gang go out and take some pictures of the scenery for the website. Steve, Shaun, and the rest of the lads travel to the Almera countryside to visit the picturesque town of Mojácar Pueblo.

When there’s a prize at stake for the best photo, sibling rivalry naturally arises. Manuel, meanwhile, is in Alicante trying out for a singing role in the local musical society’s production of South Pacific. He brings his loved ones with him for moral support, but they don’t react in the way he expected.

Sun, Sea and Selling Houses is a series that follows two British families who have set up shop in Spain selling property to Brits seeking fun in the sun.
