Brett tells his builder in no uncertain terms that he does not want to do manual labour himself and that he has hired an extra apprentice to do so. His contractor is a little peeved about this.

Kristy and Brett will have undertake more demo work and re-stump the house. They are pessimistic that they will be able to complete the house on their current budget.
