What is this episode about

This six-part series examines the ways that famous queens have exercised power and influence throughout history, not just by virtue of their position as monarch but also by virtue of their personal qualities like charisma, intelligence, and strength of character. Victoria became queen at the young age of 18, and during her reign, Britain experienced unprecedented economic, social, and territorial growth.

She also succeeded in changing the public’s view of the royal family from one that viewed them as wasteful and anachronistic to that of a respected and important institution in British culture. She was the first to make a name for herself in the public eye by becoming a patron of numerous organisations and the arts; as a result, she rose to prominence and had a significant impact on contemporary culture.
