Blankety Blank Season 4 & 5 Renewal From BBC One

Great news for fans of the hit TV game show Blankety Blank! After a successful third series in 2023, The BBC and Thames has officially announced the renewal of the show for not one, but two more series on BBC One and iPlayer. Hosted by Bradley Walsh, each series will consist of 10 episodes.

Blankety Blank brings together a panel of celebrities and contestants who compete to win a range of unique prizes. The contestants are joined by six big-name celebrities, as they navigate their way through rounds filled with statements containing missing blanks. If their answers match those of the celebrities, they have a chance to take home some truly interesting prizes, ranging from an inflatable hot tub to a garden shed.

And let’s not forget about the iconic consolation prize — the Blankety Blank cheque book and pen – for those who don’t make it all the way. It’s an integral part of the show’s charm.

The third series garnered impressive viewership numbers, attracting up to 4.1 million viewers and often claiming the top spot in its time slot. Celebrity guests like Alison Hammond, Babatunde Aleshe, Rob Beckett, Sue Perkins, and Rylan Clark added star power to an already entertaining format.
