The Cowboy Way Channel’s original series “Blue Ridge” continues with Episode 3, airing on Sunday, April 21, 2024. The series is a six-part procedural crime drama set in the mountains of North Carolina.
The story revolves around Sheriff Justin Wise, a former Green Beret, who returns to his Appalachian hometown to be near his ex-wife, Elli, and their daughter, Maddie. The town is rocked by a fresh murder, which reignites a feud between two families of criminals. Sheriff Wise must navigate this volatile situation and solve the case before the community takes matters into their own hands.
“Blue Ridge” stars Johnathon Schaech as Sheriff Wise, along with Sarah Lancaster as Elli and Taegen Burns as Maddie. The series is based on the 2020 TV movie of the same name, also starring Schaech, and features Ethan Embry, who co-starred with Schaech in the 1996 film “That Thing You Do!”.
