In the first round, the chefs must prepare their restaurant’s best-selling dish while working with a limited budget. They are given a $25 budget and a restricted grocery list to create their personal seafood favorites. The three chefs who impress the judges with their top-scoring dishes will advance to the next round.
For the second round, these chefs will receive a unique offer at the butcher counter—an alternative ground meat and an unusual produce item—which they must incorporate into their winning burger and fries. The chefs will need to showcase their creativity and adaptability to impress the judges and secure their spot in the final round.
As the competition heats up, the chefs will need to stay focused and make strategic choices to optimize their limited budgets and unusual ingredients. The winning chef will have the chance to shop Flavortown Market with a budget of up to $20,000, turning their budgeting skills into a significant payday.
