HBO Cast Announcements for New Untitled Task Force Series

HBO has announced the casting of Dominic Colón, Margarita Levieva, and Owen Teague for Brad Ingelsby’s untitled Task Force drama. Dominic Colón, known for his roles in Power and Escape at Dannemora, will play Deric “Breaker,” the Vice-President of a dangerous biker gang. Margarita Levieva, seen in Inherit the Viper and The Lincoln Lawyer, portrays Eryn, the tough yet cunning wife of Jayson, played by Sam Keeley. Owen Teague, known for his work in The Stand and It, takes on the role of Peaches.

The cast is led by Mark Ruffalo as FBI agent Tom. Other members of the cast include Fabien Frankel as Anthony, Emilia Jones as Maeve, Thuso Mbedu as Aleah, Jamie McShane as Perry, Alison Oliver as Lizzie.

The series is set in working-class suburbs outside of Philadelphia and revolves around an FBI agent leading a Task Force determined to stop a string of drug-house robberies orchestrated by an unsuspecting family man.

Brad Ingelsby serves as executive producer alongside Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Yaches for Public Record. Also executive producing are David Crockett for wiip Productions along with Mark Roybal. Paul Lee and Salli Richardson-Whitfield also join as executive producers along with Nicole Jordan-Webber and Jeremiah Zagar who direct episodes of the series.

Dominic Colón recently appeared in Bull alongside Michael Weatherly while Margarita Levieva starred in Litvinenko with David Tennant and Owen Teague was seen in Reptile alongside Benicio del Toro.

The untitled Task Force drama is currently in pre-production stage but further details regarding release dates are yet to be announced.
