Dead Clever (ITV Thriller, Suranne Jones, Helen Baxendale)
In one off thriller Dead Clever (written by Sally Wainwright), when Julie (Suranne Jones) discovers her husband Ian (Dean Lennon Kelly) has been having an affair with her sister she sets about a devious revenge plot to make it seem like he killed her and hid her body. He is sent to prison for 15 years and Julie starts a new life elsewhere with a new identity.
That is until 10 years later when an old school friend bumps into her on holiday and recognises her. Julie has written a fictionalised account of her story and her book publisher friend decides it is good enough to publish.
The story was subtitled The Life and Crimes of Julie Bottomley.
