Drama series. Tales of a Helicopter Emergency Medical Team. The Golden Hour is that first critical hour after a person sustains an injury in which their life is more likely to be saved. Regular on-screen clocks remind the viewer how much time has passed and flashback sequences show us the events that led up to the incident of the story and the personal lives of the four-person team.
