What can we expect from this episode

11.15 AM, Dudley. Iris, who is eighty-three years old, is in excruciating pain after a terrifying fall at home. Immediate dispatch of Critical Care Paramedic Stephen Mitchell is required to treat her suspected fractured thigh bone.

He discovers Iris in agony and immobile upon his arrival. Merely relying on his sophisticated expertise in administering potent analgesics will suffice to transport her from her residence to the hospital, where she will receive the urgent medical attention she requires.

Plus, fifty-year-old Stewart has suffered a cardiac arrest in Shrewsbury, forty miles away, during karate class. In response to the category one emergency, Grant Salsby and Sarah Foley hasten to the location.

Upon their arrival, they discover that paramedics have restarted Stewart’s heart; however, he is now in critical condition and has a locked jaw. Grant and Sarah will be compelled to exert every effort in order to avert Stewart from incurring an additional arrest that could prove fatal.

Critical Care Paramedics Fay Pollock and Will Meadows are just clocking in at their respective bases in RAF Cosford when they receive word of a severe traffic collision.

Gamil, a truck driver aged 43, is confined to his cabin; the dashboard and steering column have inwardly collapsed, causing him to be engulfed from the waist down. Time is of the essence as they attempt to extract Gamil from the wreckage before he sustains injuries that could be catastrophic.
