Antiques Road Trip Today Wednesday 10 August 2022 on BBC One
What’s happening on Antiques Road Trip Today Wednesday 10 August on BBC One; Experts Natasha Raskin Sharp and James Braxton visit the stores in Somerset and Wiltshire at the halfway point of their journey. But their Porsche has started making rude noises and smelling bad. Since both travellers are short on cash, it’s time to get serious. In order to prepare for haggling, James assumes the persona of a warlord from the 13th century.
James finds himself in a store that only sells one kind of antique, while Natasha learns she has a deep-seated attraction to chairs. He purchases a few items that aren’t exactly in perfect condition in order to stretch his shrinking budget.
Natasha also learns about a top-secret team of expert fighters who were instrumental in bringing about social change for women. James travels to Salisbury to learn about the cathedral’s stained glass maintenance requirements and to learn about the historical vandals who attempted to destroy it.
As our couple settles into a couple of fighter jets to watch their items go under the gavel, it’s “chocks away” at the auction. Will they succeed or will they just fail miserably?
This episode is a repeat.
