Episode 5 This week, they visit lush Cheshire, a region famous for its footballers and luxury homes. Sarah and Jabzz have been living in the same four-bedroom, one-bathroom semi for five years, and they can’t agree on whether to stay or move. Sarah believes that she and her family need more room as their two children continue to grow; she wishes they had a second bathroom and a place to hang out the laundry.
Jabzz, on the other hand, would rather not spend any further money on relocating. He has invested a lot of time and effort into improving their house, and he is confident that with a little more work, they can make it into their dream home.
Phil tries to entice Jabzz with three ready-to-move-in showstoppers in a limited search area, while Kirstie struggles to find a cost-effective solution to win Sarah over.
While both Kirstie and Phil step up to the challenge, only one can emerge victorious. Sarah and Jabzz: To Love or to List?
