Meanwhile, in the Loire Valley, Ben and Billie start an ambitious project, renovating some of their holiday accommodation in a bid to bring it in line with their opulent chateau interiors. But they also have problems to solve when attempting to install their bathroom.

Elsewhere, new chateau owners Nick and Nicole start a huge renovation on their Dordogne chateau, which had been left to crumble for many years. Let the demolition work commence!
