Home.Made.Nation Moves to Lifetime with “Property Virgins” and “Everything But the House”
A+E Networks’ Home.Made.Nation lifestyle programming is expanding to primetime on Lifetime. Property Virgins, the acclaimed docuseries about first-time homeowners, has moved to Lifetime, and the network is currently in development on new episodes starring new talent in association with Cineflix Productions.
Lara Spencer returns in new episodes of Everything But the House, where she helps families declutter in exchange for cash as part of Home.Made.Nation’s expansion on Lifetime.
On June 13 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, new episodes of Property Virgins with Egypt Sherrod will air. The new seasons will begin airing later this year. The premiere of Everything Except the House on Lifetime will air on July 11 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
About Property Virgins
Through the eyes of first-time buyers, Property Virgins brings viewers into the frenetic world of house hunting. The show follows a group of real estate newbies as they make their first investment, providing both entertaining and informative insight into the process. Host Egypt Sherrod is more than just a REALTOR®; she’s also a therapist, friend, and financial advisor who works to bridge the gap between her clients’ ideal home and the realities of the housing market. The search for a new host begins for the series’ reboot in early 2024.
Cineflix Productions is responsible for making Property Virgins, and J.C. Mills and Tanya Blake are the show’s executive producers.
About Everything But the House
Families looking to downsize or get rid of excess belongings turn to Lara Spencer and her team of appraisers to help them make money off of items that have been sitting around the house collecting dust. After going through a house from top to bottom, appraisers find the items with the most profit potential and pack them up for auction. The family learns how much money they made from selling their surprisingly valuable possessions and moves on to a new phase of their lives with a clean slate and some cash in hand.
Who is making the series
Everything But the House is produced by High Noon Entertainment with Glenna Stacer Sayles, Megan Bidner, Scott Feeley, and Lara Spencer serving as executive producers.
