Mia, Bree & Lainey Join Gogglebox Australia Cast

Foxtel and Channel 10 have announced that Gogglebox Australia will be introducing a new household to its lineup when the brand-new season premieres on Wednesday, February 21. The trio, Mia, Bree, and Lainey from The Shire in Sydney, are set to become Australia’s favorite armchair critics.

Mia, 26 years old and currently working as a Teachers Aide studying to be a Special Education Teacher, will be joined by her sister Bree, 23 years old and a dance teacher specialising in contemporary and lyrical dance. Their best friend Lainey is also a dance teacher with expertise in various styles of dance. These talented young women have an affinity for reality TV shows such as The Real Housewives and The Kardashians, as well as documentaries and true crime series. Their unique perspectives are sure to bring both fun and sass to their analysis of the shows they watch.

In addition to their shared interests in television, the trio shares their home with four adorable Cavoodles named Zala, Zeah, Zola, and Bailey.

The new household will join the existing Gogglebox families: The Delpechitra Family; married couple Lee and Keith; Anastasia and Faye who are best friends of Greek origin; and the close-knit Dalton family.

Other households that will continue sharing their thoughts on television include mother-daughter duo Kerry & Izzy; best friends Adam & Symon who enjoy having a laugh together; surfing mates Milo and Nic; food enthusiasts Tim and Leanne who happen to be brother-sister pair; Matty along with his sons Malik and Lyon alongside Uncle Jad; as well as friends Kevin, Bob Jared, and Mia.

Gogglebox Australia is produced by Endemol Shine Australia for Foxtel and Network 10. Viewers can catch it on Foxtel first on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm starting from February 21, with the episodes airing on Network 10 the following day at 8:30 pm.
