“The UK’s National Parks with Caroline Quentin” Commissioned by More4
A new series, The UK’s National Parks, hosted by Caroline Quentin has been commissioned by Channel 4 for More4 to highlight the stunning scenery and diverse range of activities available in the UK’s National Parks.
Throughout the series, Caroline will travel to some of the National Parks’ most stunning locations to gain insight into their operations, visitor appeal, and future plans for growth and expansion.
The Bannau Brycheiniog (formerly Brecon Beacons) in Wales, the Cairngorms in Scotland, the Peak District in England, and many other National Parks across the United Kingdom will all play host to Caroline’s travels.
Since Caroline is a former president of the Campaign for National Parks, she has a unique connection to these vast natural areas. In the four-part series, she will visit parks across the United Kingdom to see how they represent the series’ four themes—transportation, landscapes, agriculture, and heritage—respectively.
Caroline says
Host Caroline Quentin said: “My connection with the National Parks goes back years, so to be able to explore so many aspects of them in this new series has been wonderful. Not only do I get to visit the most beautiful places across the UK, but I also get to meet the people whose lives are shaped by living and working in the parks themselves.”
