The Office (ITV Sitcom, Robert Lindsay, Isla Blair)
In one off comedy The Office, written by Steven Moffat and possibly a pilot for a series that never happened, Norman Platt (Robert Lindsay), middle management at Trans Atlas International thinks he is in line for promotion if he is willing to have a fling with tough new boss Hillary Drummond (Isla Blair). As the situation descends into farce and he is hiding stark naked in Hillary’s office he realises he has made a mistake.
The Office was very heavy on farcical moments and was entered by ITV in the Golden Rose of Montreaux International TV awards for 1996 but it was not a winner.
