Linford Christie Linford Christie, the fastest sprinter in British history, checks into the B & B with the intention of completing the daily tasks quickly. In addition to embracing the itinerary that the B & B team has planned for the sporting legend, he is taking a break from coaching to consider his career. 

Linford discovers a true taste of Northern Ireland’s coast while staying at the B&B: a local honey flavoured with the wildflowers that adorn this breathtaking coastline. With the assistance of the on-site chef Alex, they prepare a massive feast that includes strawberry trifle and spiced spatchcocked chicken, both of which are sweetened with this local delicacy.

The B & B team knows there is no fresher dip than diving into the waters off the coast of Northern Ireland, and Linford has only recently learned to swim. A truly unforgettable experience for any beginning swimmer, Sharon takes Linford open-water swimming. And just before leaving, Linford goes back to the kitchen to make some fluffy pancakes for the B&B brunch.

Our celebrities also slip on their aprons to help Great British Menu chef Alex Greene prepare a gourmet meal using the best of local produce that audiences will be keen to try at home.
