Harper and Dana are in conflict because Dana returned from the beach without considering the active warrant for her arrest. Dana is tired of hiding out at Irene’s place and feels like the situation is dragging on.

Cash expresses his concerns about Dana’s case to Madden when they meet at work. There is a question of whether Cash has gotten too involved in an unassigned case. Soon after the meeting, Madden instructs his team to gather information on Cash.

Eden and Felicity discuss the shocking news that Felicity’s attacker wants to meet her. Eden believes the attacker is delusional for seeking forgiveness, but Felicity is considering the idea. They inform Cash about the situation, and he suggests the Restorative Justice program as a potential solution. Unlike Eden, Cash believes the program could help his sister. Cash offers to connect Felicity with a social worker and contacts Harper for help.

Harper listens to Felicity and explains how the Restorative Justice program works. She mentions that it can be a cathartic experience and has seen it benefit victims in the past. However, she warns Felicity that it can be challenging to understand. After their conversation, Cash updates Harper on the Dana case. Did she know about the eyewitness who saw Dana at the hospital? Cash urges Harper that he really needs to speak to Dana. Harper denies having spoken to her, even when confronted by Madden’s thinly veiled threat. Later, Cash is shocked to find both sisters together at Irene’s. He asks them to explain themselves.
