As the real estate market continues to shift, the hit show Location, Location, Location is back for a brand new season. Interest rate hikes in recent years have slowed the market as we all feel the effects of rising prices and the end of the post-lockdown boom. Potential buyers may feel more pressure than ever to act wisely, making Kirstie and Phil’s decades of experience invaluable.

Two young families are the focus of this round’s collaborative search in Devon. Kirstie is with Natalie and Glen, two locals of Torquay who have felt priced out of their thriving market for many years. They have seen 30 houses and apartments and are still looking for a place for themselves and their son Barnaby, now 10. They are blown away by the first house Kirstie shows them, but it is out of their price range and there is a queue of other potential buyers waiting to make an offer, so they will have to be brave to get it.

Phil is with Amy, a single mother of two who is relocating from Somerset to Exmouth in search of a bucolic coastal lifestyle for her family. After gaining experience in social work, Amy created a mobile app to aid in-field mental health professionals. She is now a successful businesswoman, but she can’t find a home in Devon despite spending up to £1 million.

Amy’s search reaches a nail-biting climax when a “loved and lost” property returns into the picture after Phil has shown her four very different houses that all meet her criteria in different ways.
