Public Eye: Ward of Court (ITV 8 Sep 1971, Brian McDermott)

In Ward of Court a solicitor asks Marker to help on a Ward of Court case. Martin Bailey and his new girlfriend have taken Bailey’s son David to live with them even though custody lies with the mother.

Frank is easily able to track down Bailey but the case is not as straightforward as it appears. Bailey claims David’s mother is unfit to look after him.

Percy Firbank is back in this episode having been awol for the previous few episodes.
