Paul Matthew Thompson and Jude Tindall’s Shakespeare & Hathaway: Private Investigators features Mark Benton as the grizzled Frank Hathaway and Jo Joyner as his inexperienced sidekick, Shakespeare. The two become partners while working cases in Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwickshire involving extramarital affairs, murderous magicians, missing au pairs, and more. The two make a good team in the exciting drama, despite their frequent arguments. BBC Studios produced Shakespeare & Hathaway for the BBC and is responsible for its international distribution.
