AMC Networks has unveiled the new extended trailer for the highly acclaimed series “Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire” season two, set to premiere on May 12, 2024, on AMC and AMC+. The trailer offers fans an exciting glimpse into the upcoming season, featuring a stellar cast including Jacob Anderson, Sam Reid, Eric Bogosian, Assad Zaman, Delainey Hayles, and Ben Daniels.

The storyline in season two picks up with vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac (played by Anderson) continuing his interview with journalist Daniel Molloy (portrayed by Bogosian), recounting his life’s journey. Following the events in New Orleans in 1940, where Louis and young vampire Claudia (played by Hayles) plotted to kill Lestat de Lioncourt (played by Reid), Louis shares his escapades in Europe. This includes his exploration of Old World Vampires and the Theatre Des Vampires in Paris, accompanied by Claudia. It is in Paris that Louis encounters the Vampire Armand (played by Zaman), with whom he enters into a courtship with profound consequences both in the past and the future. Molloy delves deeper to unveil the hidden truths within these memories.
