Interior Design Masters, 19 March, 2024, BBC One, “Series 5 Episode 2”
In the latest episode of BBC ONE’s Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr, the remaining nine designers embark on a creative challenge at Chester Zoo. Their task is to design and construct three activity centres for schoolchildren, each inspired by the wildlife of Brazil, India, and Madagascar. The objective is to incorporate interactive elements that educate children aged 5 to 16 about the zoo’s conservation projects.
The designers must employ their imaginative prowess to infuse these spaces with fun and engaging features that will captivate young minds. Guided by host Alan Carr and esteemed judges Michelle Ogundehin and guest judge Sophie Robinson, the designers face intense scrutiny as they strive to create standout spaces that successfully convey their chosen theme.
By immersing themselves in the vibrant ecosystems of Brazil, India, and Madagascar, the designers aim to ignite curiosity and instil a sense of environmental responsibility in children. Through thoughtful design choices and innovative approaches, they endeavour to make learning about conservation an exciting adventure.
Tune in to BBC One on Tuesday 19 March 2024 at 8:00pm for an episode filled with creative inspiration and unique designs as Interior Design Masters continues its quest to find the ultimate design talent.
