Live From The Artists Den

On February 15 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT, AXS TV will premiere the first of 11 concerts from the Artists Den, showcasing rare, up-close performances by some of the biggest names in music. The concert block is the centrepiece of AXS TV’s new rock-focused Wednesday night roster, which also features the premiere of the original rock and chat show Power Hour on February 15 at 10PM ET, hosted by Matt Pinfield, Josh Bernstein, and Caity Babs.

Live from the Artists Den premieres on February 15 with 10-time Grammy® winner John Legend performing at New York City’s landmark Riverside Church, where Martin Luther King Jr. famously preached. Legend debuted songs from his album Darkness and Light at that performance. The collection spans the artist’s whole career and features songs like “Penthouse Floor,” “Darkness and Light,” and “All of Me.”

Other highlights include unforgettable concerts by country music standouts Zac Brown Band (February 22); multitalented songstress Sara Bareilles (March 1); acclaimed folk heroes Mumford & Sons (March 22); chart-topping singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran (April 5); new wave trailblazer Elvis Costello (April 12); country superstar Dierks Bentley (April 26); fan-favorite wordsmith Jason Mraz (May 3); and more.

“Live From the Artists Den is the perfect complement to AXS TV’s new Wednesday night lineup, highlighting a fresh slate of classic concerts, the latest rock news, and so much more,” said Katie Daryl, AXS TV’s Vice President Of Programming. “We are proud to present these landmark Live From the Artists Den concerts, boasting powerhouse performances from an impressive roster of iconic artists, as they play their biggest hits in intimate sets at some of the world’s most legendary venues.”
