With their tiny condo no longer meeting their needs, the couple is ready to take the plunge into the red-hot real estate market.

In this episode, Brooke and Joel face the daunting task of finding a new home that accommodates their expanding needs, including their desire for a dog-friendly property near the waterfront.

With the help of property expert Wendy Wolfe, the couple embarks on their house-hunting journey.
