The Man Who Broke Britain was a fictional drama told in retrospective documentary style, “Re-telling” the events of January 2005 (then in the future) about a London city trader whose risky trading in the derivatives market caused a stock market crash following a terrorist attack on an oil refinery in Saudi Arabia.
Told with interviews and “faked” news reports.
