Follyfoot: Steve (ITV 5 Jul 1971, with Edward Underdown)

Dora discovers that Steve has been sleeping in the barn, he is very angry with her because he wrongly believes she was responsible for him losing his job with the Squire. When Steve tells her he needs to see The Colonel about a horse in trouble she decides to help him. The only problem is it looks like it might belong to The Squire.

By the end of the episode Dora, who is very gorgeous of course, (it would have been quite easy for the teenage audience to fall in love with her, with her faraway looks and air of melancholy) is living at Follyfoot and Steve having rescued the horse is also given a job by the Colonel.
