ABC TV will once again co-present the Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s two biggest events, The Gala and the Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow, with the festival.

The festivities are recorded live at the historic Palais Theatre and broadcast on ABC TV and ABC iview.

Tonight on ABC, fan favourite Luke McGregor will present the festival’s biggest night of comedy, The Gala, bringing all the festival’s biggest names together for one unforgettable night of laughter.

Then, at 9:00pm on ABC TV and ABC iview on Wednesday, April 5th, is the Allstars Supershow, hosted by our very own worldwide award-winning Hannah Gadsby.

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival will formally begin with this two-hour special, which will feature a star-studded lineup of some of the biggest names and brightest stars of comedy.
