For a delicious breakfast on the go, start with Nadiya’s delicious granola cupcakes. Chocolate and yoghurt are layered inside a gooey fruit-and-nut granola shell, which is then topped with delectable fruit and flowers.

Next, Nadiya provides a revitalising start to the day with a smoothie made with kiwi, mint, and spinach and loaded with oats to boost energy. In addition, this vibrant fruity treat is garnished with crispy coconut croissant bites, a flurry of crushed frozen raspberries, and a drizzle of yoghurt and honey for a little weekend indulgence.

The filling of Nadiya’s sweet breakfast wraps is a mouthwateringly gooey baked banana and peanut butter mixture that is wrapped in a sweet, spicy tortilla and drizzled with rich dark chocolate. Given that a batch can be baked in just a few minutes, they’re the ideal indulgent way to unwind as the weekend approaches.

Finally, Nadiya offers one of her most innovative and unconventional recipes. By transforming the traditional English fry-up into a pizza topping, she elevates it to a new level. Crisp, pillowy-soft pizza dough with a tomato and baked bean base, succulent sausage, savoury mushrooms, sharp cheese, crunchy onions, and a perfectly runny egg are the toppings. It may not be a breakfast of champions, but it is certainly not for purists.

Meanwhile, Oxfordshire-based 18-year-old baker Kitty Tait shares her brilliant recipe for feta and za’atar honey swirls. At the young age of 14, Kitty began to experience crippling anxiety, but with the assistance of her father, she learned how the simple pleasure of baking bread improved her mental state. Kitty’s passion for baking grew, and she is now the owner of a highly regarded artisan bakery and unquestionably a future star.
