Also in 2018, Rishi Sunak, then the minister of local government, appeared on the show to pledge new regulations for the oversight of private parking lot operators. Although he has made great strides since then, progress on the new regulations appears to have stalled, and the show want to know why. The team also assist two mothers and their 26-person karate group in obtaining a refund from the airline that has been seemingly refusing to honour their rights.
