A routine mould check at S.T.A.R. Labs reveals some strange temporal irregularities. Barry and Iris attempt to sort out what’s going on and return to their regular lives amid the chaos. Allegra and Chester’s relationship becomes strained after Chester reveals a secret to her, so Allegra leans on Cecile to smooth things over. Meanwhile, Khione reconnects with a Team Flash alum.

After a particle accelerator causes a freak storm, CSI Investigator Barry Allen is struck by lightning and falls into a coma. Months later he awakens with the power of super speed, granting him the ability to move through Central City like an unseen guardian angel.
