The episode also takes viewers to the Southeast of England, where a producer owns the largest greenhouse complex in the UK. With cutting-edge technology, this producer grows an impressive 750,000 red peppers annually.

Back at the Nicholson farm, whizz-kid mechanic Reuben Owen takes on a unique challenge. He refurbishes a 50-year-old piece of farming machinery, demonstrating his skills and passion for restoring old equipment.

The episode concludes with a visit to North Lincolnshire, where Farm Manager Peter Harriman trials the world’s largest combine harvester, capable of collecting more than 100 tonnes of grain per hour.
