“All Creatures Great & Small” Now Filming Season Four for Channel 5
The fourth season of the highly popular Channel 5 period drama, “All Creatures Great & Small,” has begun filming as part of a two-season renewal announced last year. The six-episode series, which will include a Christmas special, picks up in the spring of 1939 as the looming threat of World War II hangs over the Dales.
Deputy Director of Programmes at ViacomCBS Networks UK, Sebastian Cardwell, expressed excitement about continuing James Herriot’s stories “It is clear that our viewers adore James Herriot’s adventures in Darrowby and so do we at Channel 5. I am looking forward to us all being reunited with the Skeldale House family.”
