In the latest episode of BMF, Meech travels to St. Louis to meet with J-Pusha and his brother Carter, where he also finds a new love interest. However, he soon discovers that the criminal underworld of Detroit and Atlanta is ever-present and inescapable.
BMF, formerly known as Black Mafia Family, is inspired by the true story of two brothers, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, who rose to power in the late 1980s in southwest Detroit. Together, they built one of the most influential crime families in the country, known as the Black Mafia Family. The series is created by Randy Huggins and executive produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.
In the upcoming episode, “Get ‘Em Home,” airing on Friday April 12 on Starz, Meech’s trip to St. Louis reveals the far-reaching nature of the criminal enterprise. Despite his intentions to connect with J-Pusha and Carter, he is confronted by the omnipresent nature of the Detroit and Atlanta operations.
As the season progresses, Meech and Terry continue to face challenges as they attempt to expand their operations. In previous episodes, Meech officially relocated to Atlanta, while Terry remained in Detroit. Meech quickly learned that his expansion efforts would be filled with surprises, both pleasant and unpleasant. Meech’s focus on expanding the family’s influence in Atlanta sets the stage for his trip to St. Louis, where he intends to further the family’s criminal enterprises.
BMF: Get ‘Em Home airs on Starz at 8:00 pm on Friday, April 12, 2024.
