HGTV’s “Farmhouse Fixer” Returns April 23
Restoration expert Jonathan Knight is set to return for another season of the popular HGTV show, Farmhouse Fixer. The new eight-episode season will premiere on Tuesday, April 23, at 9 PM ET/PT. It will also be available for streaming on Max® on the same day and time.
Farmhouse Fixer follows Jonathan Knight, a member of the Grammy®-nominated band New Kids on the Block, as he works alongside designer Kristina Crestin to renovate centuries-old New England farmhouses. The previous season attracted over 15 million viewers, and this new season promises even more risky and exciting renovations.
In each episode, Jonathan and Kristina take on various projects, including restoring a lighthouse keeper’s home on a remote island, renovating a former clam shack, and giving 200-300-year-old farmhouses era period-appropriate remodels.
According to Kristina Crestin: “An old New England farmhouse is a way of life… And they deserve to be saved.” Jonathan adds that they aim to “bring out the best of the old and the new for all of our clients.”
The season opener will see Jonathan and Kristina returning to the John Proctor house, which has historical significance related to the Salem Witch Trials. After previously working with the homeowners to remodel the primary suite, they now face water damage and black mold in the kitchen and main living areas. Their plan is not only to restore this national landmark built in 1638 but also to bring it back to its original moody tavern roots.
While fans eagerly await the new season, they can stream every episode of Farmhouse Fixer on Max®. Additionally, exclusive show content can be accessed by visiting HGTV.com or following @HGTV and #FarmhouseFixer on Facebook (and Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and Threads. Farmhouse Fixer is produced by High Noon Entertainment.
