On Friday, April 26, WE tv’s “Love After Lockup” continues with a new episode titled “‘Love During Lockup: Vegas or Bust.” The show follows individuals who are in relationships with incarcerated partners and documents the challenges they face as they navigate love and life both during and after their partner’s time in prison.

In this episode, Tennie meets up with Rob’s mom, and sparks fly. Andrew gambles his heart and his 401K as he travels to Las Vegas for love. Joey’s devastating secret is revealed, and Ayonna confronts her demons.

Meanwhile, Shonta has spent $30,000 on her inmate fiancé, even though they have never met. Shonta, from Kansas City, Missouri, is in a relationship with her fiancé, True, who is currently incarcerated. Shonta is deeply committed to her partner, as evidenced by her willingness to relocate her family to another state to be closer to him and her acceptance of his marriage proposal. However, their relationship has a unique aspect: Shonta has never met True in person despite their two-year engagement. Plus, she has spent over $30,000 on him and taken on two mortgages to sustain their bond.
