The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on CBS on Wednesday April 17, welcomes actor Orlando Bloom and actor and activist George Takei as guests.

Orlando Bloom, the English actor known for his roles in “The Lord of the Rings” and “Pirates of the Caribbean,” will join Colbert for a conversation about his new Peacock Series “Orlando Bloom: To The Edge” which premieres on Thursday.

George Takei, best known for his role as Hikaru Sulu in the “Star Trek” franchise, will discuss his new children’s book, “My Lost Freedom.” Takei, an outspoken advocate for LGBT rights and Japanese-American relations, will share his powerful story of being interned in a camp during World War II as a child.
