Anne of Green Gables (BBC Drama, Kim Braden, Jan Francis)

In period drama serial Anne of Green Gables we are in Canada in the last century where orphaned Anne Shirley (Kim Braden) goes to stay with her aunt Marilla (Barbara Hamilton) in the small town of Avonlea. See also the sequel Anne of Avonlea. Sadly this is one of those lost BBC shows of the early 1970s however all of the sequel survives.
