ITV’s This Morning: Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley Confirmed as New Hosts

Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley are set to take the helm as the newest hosts of This Morning, according to a recent announcement. The unveiling took place via a creative social media promotion, where Shephard was depicted strolling down the famed This Morning production corridor and adding Deeley’s photo to the wall. As if by magic, Deeley’s image came to life, winking at viewers in her signature style.

Expressing his enthusiasm for this new venture, Shephard stated, “This feels like a very special moment for Cat and me as we step into the next chapter of This Morning. It’s an honor to be entrusted with this role alongside Alison, Dermot, and the entire dedicated team working tirelessly on and off screen.”

Cat also shared her sentiments about joining the show, remarking, “This Morning is a national institution – like having your friends over; funny, smart, silly, heartfelt, informative and joyful – embodying all aspects of great friendships! Ben and I understand its significance to viewers and we are committed to nurturing it with the help of our incredible team.”

The duo will lead the Monday to Thursday episodes while Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary continue hosting on Fridays.
