Season three of Cook Like An Italian is coming to SBS Food this May

Silvia Colloca, cookbook author and Italian cuisine enthusiast, is back for another season of Cook Like An Italian, and she’s ready to fill you up with more simple, home-cooked Italian meals.

Silvia is dishing up the timeless Italian passion for homemade ingredients and the family food rituals that many Italian Australians still use today to eat well and educate each new generation on the sanctity of food and its connection to family in Season 3 of Cook Like An Italian.

Prepare to witness firsthand Passata and Salami making days, where generations gather to make a year’s supply of their favourite ingredients. These annual backyard family food rituals are important for Aussie Italians because they form a passionate nexus where culture, food, history, tradition, family, and recipes all meet and are passed down to younger generations. Silvia will serve up plenty of signature dishes as well as a couple of contemporary takes on Italian cuisine, including zero waste, gluten free, and meal prep recipes, over the course of the 10-episode series.

The series will be available after broadcast on SBS On Demand with subtitling available in both Arabic and Simplified Chinese.
