Owner Occupied ITV Comedy Robert Hardy

One off half hour ITV comedy Owner Occupied was set during World War II when, after the Nazi’s have taken over the channel islands, a small hotel (The Royal Victoria), run by Colonel Washbrook (Richard Murdoch) and his daughter Angela Plaquet (Hannah Gordon), tries to keep things going as much as normal and by making it as English as possible.

Despite only being a half hour one off the production was given a two page feature in the weeks TV Times (23 July 1977), mainly focusing on a timeline of the German occupation of the Channel Islands.
