7NEWS Spotlight: Who Really Killed Michael Jackson (Channel 7 Sunday 3 October 2022)

A new investigation into Michael Jackson’s death that promises to reveal the pop icon’s addictions and explore the last few months of his contentious life will air on 7NEWS Spotlight this Sunday night.

Even  before its highly anticipated US television screening tomorrow, Who Really Killed Michael Jackson, which will air on Channel 7 and 7plus at 7 p.m., has already exploded onto the celebrity news radar.

The TMZ production explores Dr. Conrad Murray’s guilt in Michael Jackson’s death as well as the wide range of criminals who supported his drug abuse.

The two-hour special will include a never-before-seen interview with Debbie Rowe, Michael Jackson’s ex-wife, who worked for infamous doctor Dr. Arnold Klein, who has been accused of being an enabler and unethical doctor who fed the singer’s dangerous habit.

The executive producer of the show, Harvey Levin, claims that at the time of his overdose death, Jackson was slowly falling apart in a downward spiral of addiction and despair while his family and fans believed the Thriller and Bad performer was on top of the world.

“People believe Dr. Conrad Murray is solely to blame for Michael’s death, but the truth is radically different and shocking,” Levin said.

The true crime exclusive, hosted by 7NEWS Spotlight’s Michael Usher, will leave fans knowing the true story of Jackson’s death.
