SYFY, the popular network known for its sci-fi and horror content, has announced premiere dates for its highly anticipated original series. The second half of season three of “Chucky” will kick off on April 10th at 10 PM ET/PT, followed by the season two premiere of “Reginald the Vampire” on May 8th at the same time. Additionally, the network has set a summer launch for the second season of “The Ark.”

Chucky,” a spinoff of the horror film franchise, takes the iconic killer doll to new heights. In this season, Chucky finds himself in the White House, aligned with the First Family. Audiences will be intrigued to find out how Chucky ended up there and what his ultimate motive is. Meanwhile, Jake, Devon, and Lexy must navigate the challenges of their own lives while also trying to stop Chucky’s reign of terror. This season promises exciting twists and turns, including Tiffany’s impending execution on death row.

The first half of season three of “Chucky” was a massive success across all platforms, becoming the most-watched season of any USA/SYFY series since 2021 in the coveted 18-49 demo. It has solidified its position as the top-ranked series of 2023 on both USA and SYFY. With a 29% increase in total viewers and a 34% increase in the demo compared to the previous season, “Chucky” continues to engage audiences with its thrilling storyline.

Reginald the Vampire” offers a fresh take on the vampire genre. Reginald Andres, an unconventional vampire who doesn’t fit the mold of a traditional bloodsucker, embarks on a journey of self-discovery. Joined by a unique group of allies, including his vampire sire and an unexpected former vampire chieftain-turned-ally, Reginald navigates the complexities of both the undead and human world. This heartfelt and blood-soaked show proved to be a hit in its first season, ranking as cable’s second-highest scripted program in total viewers and the 18-49 demo.

The Ark” takes viewers 100 years into the future, where colonization missions are underway to ensure the survival of humanity. However, disaster strikes when Ark One, the spacecraft leading the mission, faces a catastrophic event. With limited supplies and leadership, the remaining crew must band together to stay on course and survive. Season one of “The Ark” became SYFY’s most-watched freshman series since 2021 in both total viewers and the 18-49 demo. It also ranked as cable’s second-highest original drama in total viewers during its timeslot.

In addition to these upcoming premieres, fan-favorite horror drama “SurrealEstate” will be returning for a third season. The show follows real estate agent Luke Roman and his team of specialists who handle haunted and possessed houses. They work tirelessly to investigate and resolve these supernatural cases. Season two of “SurrealEstate” was a hit, ranking as cable’s second-highest original scripted series in both total viewers and the 18-49 demo during its timeslot.

SYFY continues to deliver innovative content that pushes the boundaries of the sci-fi and horror genres. With these upcoming premieres and the return of “SurrealEstate,” audiences can expect more thrills, scares, and thought-provoking storytelling. Stay tuned for these highly anticipated series and get ready to be entertained.
